Monsignor Anthony LaFemina, a canonist, theologian, exorcist and iconographer, served on the staff of the Pontifical Council for the Family at the Vatican for twenty five years. He prayed and fasted for weeks before "writing" the Opus Bono Sacerdotii Icon. His posters and prayer cards may be ordered from: Diocese of Charleston, 119 Broad St., Charleston, SC 2940.
Shown here is the original icon conception from Monsignor LaFemina and the final icon produced by graphic artist Bill Callaghan.
